Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. By purchasing any of our packages, you agree that refunds or returns will not be offered under any circumstances. All funds received are reallocated to cover server costs, maintenance, and improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Ban/Blacklist Policy
If you are banned or blacklisted from our server for violating our rules or policies, you forfeit any and all purchased items or packages. No refunds or compensation will be provided for any lost items.
By playing on our server, you automatically agree to follow all server rules and accept the consequences, including the loss of purchased items in the event of disciplinary action.

Chargebacks & Financial Claims
Any attempt to issue a chargeback or financial claim against our server will result in the revocation of all purchased items or packages and a permanent blacklist from our server without the possibility of appeal. Depending on the package, revoked items may be resold or redistributed within the community.
Additionally, a character wipe may be applied to accounts involved in chargeback attempts.

Donation Item Revocation
Our server reserves the right to revert, modify, or remove donation-based items or packages at any time. This includes situations where a user has been banned, violated server policies, or engaged in behavior that harms the community.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that donation items are a privilege, not a right, and that their availability may be subject to change at the discretion of the server administration.

Refund Exceptions
The only person authorized to approve a refund is the Server Founder. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the Server Founder.
